Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 48-72 hours.
All our orders are dispatched from within the United Kingdom.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. Whatever you input as your address is exactly what will be used to automatically generate your postage label. Whatever you submitted as your name and address will show on your confirmation email, and this is also exactly what will appear on your postage label. It is your responsibility to review your confirmation email and contact us ASAP if you notice an error you need us to change.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address or recall the package back to us.
We hold no liability in your parcel going to the wrong address if that’s the exact address you supplied to us. Unfortunately you are not eligible for any form of refund or a replacement sent out to you in this situation and your only option is to visit the address you supplied and ask for your package.
Deliveries to countries outside the United Kingdom
You may be charged import/customs fees on your parcels once they land in your country’s customs.
Many countries have a tax free limit, where packages below a certain value aren't charged any customs fees.
To avoid any unexpected fees, please check what the tax free limit is for your country and how much parcels above this limit are taxed at. We are unable to do this for you as it varies country by country.
It is your responsibility to pay the customs fees requested by your country’s customs. This fee is totally separate to the postage fees you pay us to cover the cost of the courier.
We declare parcels with their true value and contents. It is not possible for us to declare the parcel as a gift, or declare it as a lower value so you can avoid paying import fees as this is fraud in the UK.
Please do not proceed with making an order if you aren't willing or able to pay customs fees as we can only refund the cost of the items you ordered, but cannot refund the cost of postage if the parcel.
