Refund policy

If you should have an issue with your product or delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss your options at hello@byamal.com.
If you are enquiring about a return, please include the following details in your email, so we can process your request right away:
- Order number
- Issue with product
- A clear photograph of the product


Our products can be refunded if they are returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.


We will contact you via email once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risks are borne by the sender.
